What are your shipping charges?

Flat rate shipping via Priority mail: $5 - US, $15 - Canada, $25 - International. One shipping rate no matter how much you order!

What is your return policy?

We accept returns if you contact us at customercare@gearsamples.com for a return authorization within 7 days of receiving your order, and the item is sent back to us promptly and in new condition (including attached tags if there were tags on the product we shipped). You will receive a refund for the full purchase price of your item. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Sales are final on swimwear, underwear, and clearance items (items on clearance are clearly marked in the item description).

What is a "sample"?

We stock gearsamples.com with sales rep samples. Outdoor sales reps use these samples to show to their accounts, and then send the samples to us. We make sure they are in like new condition, and then put them up on our site at significant savings over retail. These samples have been shown to retailers and/or used in photo shoots but are not "used". All samples are of production quality.

There is no warranty extended by gearsamples.com or the original manufacturers. We do inspect each sample to insure that it is functional and in new condition.

Why do you have only mediums (or smalls or larges) in a particular brand?

Most brands make their sales rep samples in one size only (one size for men, and a different size for women, kids, etc). Patagonia and Arc'Teryx samples are size medium for both men and women, Icebreaker is small for women and large for men, Chaco is size 7 for women and size 9 for men. Occasionally we get a few items in other sizes.
